moves in spirals
or so I have been told
like water in the drain
or the stars of the galaxy slowly falling into the center
or the spiral dance

moving to the side
and also centerwards
the long way to the middle

they say that the sun formed from a spiral
hydrogen falling into the center until it caught nuclear fire
that's what moving in a spiral can do for you
